What a simple, yet awesome breakout.

It features a 2x3 box header in the center, and two 1x3's on the side. It is a breadboard friendly setup for neat wiring.

Comes with an Adafruit quality mini PCB, a 2x3 box header, and a small row of 0.1" header.

Note - it requires some light soldering:

Put the 2x3 in on the top, then solder all six pins.

Next - Break the header in half and insert each half into a breadboard to hold them straight. The breakout goes on top, ready for you to solder on the side pins
